
In a plate or bowl, combine:
- 100g of butter (warm)
- 2 Tbsp fresh oregano, thyme, sage and rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 heaped tsp of french mustard
- 1 heaped tsp of curry powder
- 1 tsp of paprika powder
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix and combine well with a fork. If you like, you can make little portions with an icing bag on a baking sheet and refrigerate, or simply put it in a nice bowl on the table.
It is delicious on a hot steak or chicken, fresh off the BBQ, but this butter tastes great on freshly baked bread or as a seasoning on rice or pasta.
