Mr. Orla enjoys meat. With spring just around the corner and the last of the snow finally melting, it is time to open BBQ season. Yeah…i know, there is not really any such thing as a BBQ season, I mean, a BBQ is great all year around. But we get truckloads of snow here in the winter and unfortunately, winter is much too long for my taste so, we have to take a BBQ break during that time of the year.
BUT! Don’t feel too sorry for us, we have Fondue and Raclette and all those heart and belly warming dishes to help us over that terrible time of year.
Anyhow…took a bit of a detour there…so, Mr. Orla enjoys his meat. But he loves a good sauce to go with it and our go to recipe for any BBQ is Mr. Orla’s favorite Garlic and Herb Butter.
