This recipe just makes me feel like being on vacation in Italy! It is not exactly your standard Italian pesto recipe but it just tastes delicious. On top of it i just adore the colors. The fresh green and mixing with the yellowy white of the pasta.
Today, we had our pesto with spaghetti and griddle pan-fried courgettes. The courgettes were just lightly salted and before serving, a little drizzle of balsamic vinegar glaze and lemon juice and I am in heaven!
